Voice mapping after selecting language does not work in Application form #367

Repro steps:

  1. Go to Application
  2. Try to choose MS Speech vendor for example
  3. Then choose the language.
  4. You will see that the Voice list does not change when selecting the language

E.g. here I selected Denmark, and I still get the US selection of voices image
