Updated from 7.1.0 to 7.1.3 fails to build

Bug Information

Version Number of Plugin: 7.1.3 Device Tested On: None yet, can't build Simulator Tested On: None yet, can't build Version of VS: 17.11.3 Version of Xamarin: Maui .NET 8 Versions of other things you are using:

• Have tried manually setting the minimum Android version to 33, still receive build failure. Current minimum Android version was set to 24.

Steps to reproduce the Behavior

• Update Nuget reference from 7.1.0 to 7.1.3
• Clean Project
• Rebuild Project

Expected Behavior

• Project to build

Actual Behavior

Never mind. I'm just dumb... didn't see the new README updates (https://github.com/jamesmontemagno/InAppBillingPlugin/commit/75f0f9eb4b53c23020e6d850f5272359f9d29cc2#diff-b335630551682c19a781afebcf4d07bf978fb1f8ac04c6bf87428ed5106870f5R63) about it until this morning. Updated accordingly, now builds.
