Getting Black Screen and parsec unable to connect now. #250

I am running two VM's on my main computer. one splits my 3060TI 50/50 with the main computer. The other has its own dedicated gtx 1060. I has setup a task to start usbmmidd on both, and i also have a dummy dongle on the gtx 1660. Everything was working fine, until a few days ago. It wouldn't let me log onto the 1660 machine with parsec, it said "unable to capture the screen". When i use connect on hyper V, and boot the machine it starts windows normally and within a few seconds, i get a dot mouse cursor and cannot do anything. I cannot RDP into the machines as i didnt enable it thinking i had to use parsec no matter what. The second VM started doing it today. any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this?
