In latest Windows 11 update, the Mount-DiskImage fails with error: The semaphore timeout period has expired. There's a superuser.com question about it: https://superuser.com/questions/1829318/windows-11-iso-file-fails-to-mount

This uses 3rd party tool: PowerISO to mount the ISO (It's more reliable than Mount-ISOReliable :D)
