help yeah i cant start the app

You need to give me a bit more information. What are you trying to do? What is the error message? Are you on the latest version of everything? Any other relevant information?

when i try to open the program i get that error i just updated

Okay I think I've found the error and created an issue with the developers of the library I'm using.
