Steps to reproduce:

Create a contact in your address book with multiple phone numbers. Make sure the number used in TextSecure is not the first one.
Import the contact into TextSecure

=> expected: Contact is added with the number he uses in TexSecure

=> actual: Only the first number of the contact is checked for a TextSecure account, contact is not added.
