Ok, we have markers and the data we need to make chat links for them.

This works for just points_of_interest (landmarks/POIs, waypoints and vistas) not hero points or hearts.

Make from their poi_id using the chat link formula for 0x04 links.

[x] in CachingAPIClient.map_data() where we get the POI/heart/heropoint info, also add a chat link to that dict
[ ] create popups for all of the markers that give their name, ID and chat link. Figure out how to make the chat links copy-able.
