Save debug logging to disk #28

Switch to a more complex logging config.

  1. keep the CLI switches as they are for console output
  2. Also write logs to disk under ~/.gw2copilot; have an option to use verbose logs, but default to WARNING or above, and only debug for certain levels, unless -vv.
