Add layers for gathering nodes; layers should be by type (mining, herbs, trees, etc.) and should be selectable for either rich nodes or all spawn locations. This sidebar panel should start minimized.

https://gw2nodes.com has some maps/locations, but they're user-submitted and per game server IP.
https://gw2efficiency.com/gathering/permanent-nodes shows permanent nodes, but they're just JPG images
gw2timer.com seems to manually curate their information, since their "Resource" page includes the text, "Please report bad or missing nodes."

see #19 for info; need proper attribution for data
actual data is in https://github.com/Drant/GW2Timer/blob/gh-pages/data/resource.js

This will require #20.
