Modernize the codebase #72

This repo has been mostly untouched for a while but it looks like a lot of people are still using it so this PR modernizes things and removes unused dependencies. For example,

the Buffer implementation has been deprecated
AWS stopped supporting RTMP URLs
the node version was way behind current LTS
lodash wasn't really needed
I added support for ES Modules (CommonJS still works as well)
Updated eslint checks
Enforced commit lint and passing tests on commit
