Update styling of the admin overview page #317

This PR updates the styling of the admin overview page. It now shows the upcoming/in progress activities, as these are likely to be the most relevant. It borrows from the old styling of the organise module.

Sorry this was a bit over a week. Looks nice on the admin panel landing page.

Not really sure if I think it's the best use for this place, and if this is the ideal format. But we can always revise that depending on the feedback.

Since my two remarks on the code were very minor I don't see a reason for them to be blocking. If you happen to have to time to change them/ respond to it, it would be nice.

Otherwise I'll merge this in this weekend.
