Every state in "Create your own evaluation" should have a tooltip which shows when hovering over and explain why it is not accessible and what has to be done in order to access it.
I have already written the tooltips and adapted the css file. I added the tooltips directly in the html.php file. The css adjustments are in the userstyle.css.
But they are there all the time. Could you make a condition so that they show only when "greyed out" respectively inaccessible?
Because I took away the buttons and replaced them with a breadcrumbs line, the tooltips are gone. I have to think whether these tooltips are still necessary.
