The third state unites "Start Survey" and "Analyze the data".
The process looks like this:
User can activate the survey (set end-date, cookie, gets URL). The activities "response summary" and "export results" are inactive.
The next section contains the export of the survey structure. This section is always active.
Once the survey is started, the response summary will get active and show the progress of the survey (total of participants). Within this section, the user can stop the survey. The activity "activate survey" is now inactive. The rest is active.
The last section contains the export of the results. This is possible whether or not the survey is still active. The activity "activate survey" is still inactive. The rest is active.
