Plugins specifically managed for use in work associated with Joshua Lang's laboratory at the University of Wisconsin Madison. For use outside the Lang laboratory, you can download the compiled jars of the plugins for use with JEX at (https://sourceforge.net/projects/ctciap/files/). After downloading the zip file and unpacking the contained .jar file to your preferred folder, start JEX and click the "Preferences" button at the top right. Enter the path to the folder containing the .jar file into the item labeled "External Plugins Folder". Restart JEX and these plugins/functions will show in the list of plugins in the "Process" tab (tab #5). A test script at this site is also available for download to illustrate how to use the plugins to perform analysis.
Please use the "Issues" tab to initiate bug reports, questions, enhancement requests, "Concept Proposals", etc. Label as you feel appropriate initially, but project "Collaborators" will be in charge of assigning/changing labels if necessary.
After establishment of the project, milestones will be used to aggregate issues associated with specific "Concept proposals".
