Update experimental design notebooks #119

This PR does a few things:

  1. changes protein structure visualizations to reflect new colors (in "Visualize Antibody Mix")
  2. re-run notebook for specifying epitopes (re-fit models, use new colors)
  3. re-run experimental design notebooks (re-fit models, use new colors)
