Allow cif files for PDB structures #143

Large protein structures are in PDBx/mmCIF format, e.g. 6XR8 . Would be good to allow to allow this format in addition to the standard .pdb .

I'm going to close this issue because there are plenty of online tools that can easily do this conversion.
