re-runs model fitting in fit_RBD and the experimental design notebooks because I noticed some subtle differences in the results.
-uses the same color palette in all plots with epitopes. Previously some of these were blue, orange, and red. Now they are blue, orange, and green just like in the polyclonal plots.
