Publisher information is conventionally not provided with journal references. Supposedly, the source is clear. The reader is supposed to recognise that it is a journal from the "40:127–152" format for volume and page numbers.

or note
field if pressed hard for including additional information.
To make more clear that "Language Resources and Evaluation" is not the conference proceedings, maybe add the name of the publisher.
