Record to animated GIF #22

Record animation to animated gif.

Consider using https://github.com/antimatter15/jsgif/blob/master/README.md

Record at frame rate.

Record whatever is on canvas while record is live. Pause record on clicks.

Slightly buggy with longer recordings. But can't find actual trigger. Closing this and opening another issue
