@jeffayle does this still work? If so, how do you install it, ie where does the file go, etc.

I don't expect what's in this repository will work with a recent version of Beets. It was merged into the Beets repository and seems to have been kept up to date. If you have beets, you should have (an updated) musicbrainz collection plugin.
