Use neuron names, not gene names, in results tables #22

This makes everything easier to work with as no switching is needed between the two no matter what sort of comparison is done. This also matches up with https://github.com/jefferislab/NBLAST_clusters_online.

Done in e0e830677e5b6b1d07a123a3e1a58a1c97b19d33 for user-uploaded tracing and in 1135f2cc99e403211ab1b30c9ebd185b2ae0d42d for one-versus-all.
