New versions of shiny/rgl seem to break the WebGL display on tabs that are not the first one, but not on every page load. Ensuring all WebGl outputs are on the main page seems to fix this issue, so we should remove the tabs and have everything on one page. See also c9c35b5 in bridging_on-the-fly.
