Addresses next door sometimes are determined to be the same place #35

Recreation steps:

  1. From Maps, add property '1217 S 19th St'.
  2. Walk through the entire addition process for it.
  3. Return to Maps
  4. Try to add property '1218 S 19th St'

Expected outcome:

Should display the 'X' pin and ask to add the property

Actual outcome:

Centers the map on '1217 S 19th St'

Likely cause is the duplicate check radius. Making it smaller may fix.
