Some stations have wrong geocoding

Consider fixing with outliers clipping or hand-coding their postal code, lat, and long.

Also, some geocoing is NaN, not found. Reasons are:

Closed location
Location not found by Google API
Original dataset has departure and return location as NaN, so the results are also NaN

Additionally, some stations will have their postal code as the first three characters. Example: "V5A" instead of "V5A4W7". This is what's returned from Google's API and should be handled further.

First three digits are accurate enough in many cases
Not found stations have been put in a txt file for look up
