Hipchat plugin fails to send notification for rooms containing comma in the name #126

Throws error 404:

ERROR: [ERROR] HipChat notification failed with error message: Unexpected response code from HipChat: 404

Seems similar to this issue which was opened for rooms with space in their name: https://github.com/jenkinsci/hipchat-plugin/issues/52
