Improve README #113

Good evening @jensstein, first things first: Thank you for creating oandbackup as a great open source alternative for TitaniumBackup - and really awesome that you've already published it on F-Droid! :+1:

The only thing that is currently "cancer for my eyes", is the current version of your README. But before helping you out, please tell me if you would accept a pull request for the following changes?

Let me know and I'll create a fresh branch for these changes, when ready I'll create a pull request.

Liebe nachweihnachtliche Grüße, SecUpwN

thanks a lot for your offer to help :)

i don't want to seem unappreciative but i'm not quite convinced of the need to revise the casing of the readme. this is how i write normally, so when you offer to help me out you also suggest that this way of writing is faulty. so could you please tell me why you think changing the casing is good or necessary (other than that you don't like how it looks)? does it create any ambiguities or is it substantially harder to read?

i'll happily look at changes to the content of the readme (e.g. your suggestion for inserting the logo under the program name). i'll add some updated build instructions to the readme very soon but there are many other things which could be documented here or elsewhere. i am for example planning on adding instructions for using the backup files to restore data manually without oab. so if you have any suggestions or something to add in this way, i would be happy to look at it.

Good evening @jensstein, in fact, I am a proud GERMAN and really care much more preserving my own culture and language (written and spoken), and am not even close to interested making someone else feel bad because he or she is not using proper upper-/lowercase letters in English. Don't worry, be happy. ;-)

I suggested the changes in order to make the README look better, which makes contributors like me contribute with a bit more enthusiasm. I am a very visual person, I guess you see on AIMSICD.

Thanks, I'd be happy if you add my propsed changes. Cheers and thanks for continuiung development!
