Restore is not blocked if oandbackup has no root access / LineageOS 14.1 (Android 7.1.2)

: setPermissions error: could not find permissions for /data/user/0/at.xyz.abc

Expected result

oandbackup should block restore and inform, that it has no access to root on this device.
