Restore of Oandbackup not working if Oandbackup is also in the list of files to restore

While restoring Oand it is killing him self. Please don't backup Oand and his settings.

Otherwise the option "Eigene APK-Datei kopieren" (English: copy own apk) is not working. The only apk in root is "oandbackup.log"
