I tried the universal apk, both from F-droid and above locations but still get the oab-utils error (issue #222), also on another Android 6.0.1 x86 head unit.
If you want me to make this into 2 issues, then please let me know. This could very well be two different issues, but maybe also the same.
1. When making a backup by using the filter "Show only Special backups" and try to backup "data usage and policies", I get the following error.
2018/12/15 - 16:38:07: cp: dir at '/data/system/netstats/' [Data gebruik en beleid]
(Note: oandbackup is set to English, but the items to be backuped are still using the Dutch names)
2. When making a backup of "Only user apps", I get a whole lot of errors.
Running on rooted Arm64 Android 8.0.0 on a Joying head unit. I used the oandbackup-signed-arm64.apk from https://gitlab.com/jensstein/oandbackup/-/jobs/125132334/artifacts/browse.

Note that the last error is not a "Invalid argument" error, but a "Permission denied" error.
