change the enumerations for the buttons, according to the table #14

With this modification to the "qdialogbuttonbox.nim" file the buttons appear (not tested all).

As mentioned in issue 13, I will not merge this pull request: the patch is correct, but does not fix the underlying issue in libxml2nim.nim.
