Create Profile Edit Form #28

The logged user should be able to edit their profile. We need to create an edit form for it. The exact form of the form isn't known yet.

Definition of done:

[ ] We have a prepared design of the edit form.
[ ] It's clear which elements are present in the form.
[ ] The user can change anything in their profile, incl. the profile's visibility.
