Chapter-4-recipe-3 : addingService is never called #5

Hi, I am trying to deploy chaper-4-reciepe-3 sample, which supposed to register a static html page resource on the http Service, but the service tracker addingService method is never called, when and how it should be called? and what could be the reason preventing the method call?

Might want to take a look at the samples in the Pax-Web Project.
