Enable deleting devices #60

This allows cleaning up orphaned devices, such as when you remove a feeder from your account, if you reset and re-pair the device, or if you had to do a warranty replacement of the device (essentially the same as re-pairing).

Fixes #55

Great. I updated to v0.0.14 and could delete the orphaned device! Thanks a lot!
