Slow write speeds on Sata SSD

Im Using Samsung 840 Pro Sata ssd and it gets 520 Mb/s Write and 540 Mb/s Read on Windows but its around 180 Mb/s Write and 480Mb/s Read on macOS.

Its because of TRIM disabled, after force enabling it problem solved
