Sometimes Ui is lagging a lot #8

While using some apps ui gets lots of lags, maybe intel gpu acceleration is not working properly ?

Even in Google Chrome while browsing

I see, Intel GPU acceleration is working fine for me and I'm not experiencing any lags currently.

Just had time to check the webpage today, but it's very smooth for me, so I'm not sure what's the issue.
