[gcta-1.94.1-linux --Error with --envir #92

Hi,

I have previously posted a thread (#90 , now closed) on using --fastGWA-lr and --envir to assess linear regression-based analysis. I have downloaded gcta-1.94.1-linux-kernel-3-x86_64.zip, however, there's still an error message: Error: invalid option "--envir".

Is there anything I should do to?

Hi,

There was an issue on my system, but after testing, the gcta-1.94.1-linux-kernel-3-x86_64.zip did work for the gene-environment interaction analysis.
