I know closed- have you messed around with OBDeleven adaptation settings in Multimedia Module (5F in my son's 2019 S4)? There are several that make a lot of sense.
I wasn't able to find anything in 5F unfortunately

Is it possible to change the offset of the MMI display, or to change the resolution of the display?
I've retrofit a larger B9.5 display to my B9 but the display is slightly offset and needs correcting.
