Can't turn off "OPS Display in Dash Board Display Unit"

Once I turned on "OPS Display in Dash Board Display Unit" , I can't turn off this feature and RVC & OPS are not display in MIB2...

Would someone please help me? My car is vw golf mk 7.5 (2020 japan)
