Data/: Raw data. Do not edit directly.

notes.md: Running document of notes. Add and date entries to the top. Manuscript/: Subdirectories containing manuscript versions. If you're not comfortable with Latex, edit the Google Doc. v0.2/: First digit iterates with journal submission, second with revisions (internal or external). v0.* for pre-submission. Logistics/: Internal logistical documents (budget, sampling, etc.). Proposal/: Initial and renewal proposals. Protocols/: Lab and field protocols. Vault/: Old junk we probably don't need anymore.
