Thank you very much for your job. It is a great helpful tool for visualization of collinear blocks among multiple genomes. I installed whole pipeline as your instructions and there is no error when installing sample_websites. But when using 'Synciros' function, it does not work for plotting. Could you give me some suggestions? Thanks a lot.
