Bug: Marking Resolved #59

Description:** When clicking the "mark resolved" button, adding a resolving comment but choosing to NOT notify the employee- the comment does not get posted.

Version: <= v1.0.2

Another issue: When marking resolved via the button, it does not update the according lists on the ticket table. It remains there until client restart.
