Node 18 now LTS #214

Context

Can new docker images be added to dockerhub for Node 18? And perhaps a chromium update too? Node 16 has entered maintenance mode, and Node 18 is now in LTS https://github.com/nodejs/release#release-schedule

Looking to use this tag 106-with-node-18

https://hub.docker.com/r/zenika/alpine-chrome

~I'm guessing this might need to wait for alpine 3.17 release? alpine 3.16 uses node 16 by default~ EDIT: alpine 3.17 w/ Node 18 now released! https://pkgs.alpinelinux.org/packages?name=nodejs&branch=v3.16&repo=&arch=&maintainer=
