Fix erc-gitter in readme #7

This actually is correct as is. If you look at the other modules they are all just the module name without the erc- prefix.

The module is defined as gitter and not erc-gitter.

Yes, the module is defined as gitter. This was just fixing the Readme to reflect that. The snippet in the Readme errors out for me.

Oops. Read the PR backwards. For some reason thought you were suggesting adding the erc- as opposed to removing it.
