Add help to the UI #9

I don't want people to have to guess how to use the plugin from the preferences tab alone. I should add a pointer to usage info in the README, and explain usage in the preferences tab.

Perhaps I could write the information in a separate file.

My original idea was to put the usage info only in the preferences tab, but now I feel that one should be able to find the info from both Mailspring and the README. Thus, I will move usage info to its own file, link to that file in the README, and display the info in the preferences tab.
