Issue Type: Bug

Hi,

I am running Code on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS with Povray extension. A few days ago when clicking on the top right povray icon in Code, rendering was working, but since 2 days, nothing happens, no error message, no outpout and no rendered imahge gets open. Any hints would be more than welcome. Many thanks

In fact it looks like the icon button is not linked to any executable. Where can such a link be made ? Probably in one of the json files located in folder .vscode/extensions/jmaxwilson.vscode-povray-0.0.11/, but I do not know enough of this langage to make this link. Does anyone knows how to it for other extensions ?

One more thing: CTRL+SHIFT+b asks "Select the build task to run" and proposes only one task : "POV-Ray: Render Scene" which works fine when chosen ! This last message is the same obtained when putting the mouse on the non working top right Povray render icon.

Well, same here on Mac (BigSur 11.4) with VSCode ( Version: 1.59.0 Commit: 379476f0e13988d90fab105c5c19e7abc8b1dea8 Date: 2021-08-04T23:14:40.191Z Electron: 13.1.7 Chrome: 91.0.4472.124 Node.js: 14.16.0 V8: 9.1.269.36-electron.0 OS: Darwin x64 20.5.0 )

This was working well untill end of 2020, then on my side I got an update of VSCode to above version. Not sure how to help. When I click the Povray button, nothing happen - usually the terminal window shows the povray command line output... But now, nothing happens at all :/ Unfortunately I also know nothing here in VSCode extensions... Hoping for a fix soon, thank you ! Any further information I can provide on my side, please let me know....

I decided to fork this project and build a new extension with some fixes, like the button in the upper right works again. (some changes in VSCode and POV-Ray caused issues as noticed)

I'm just interested in helping the community, I'm brand new to extensions, and we'll see how all of this goes. Hopefully no one is upset. :)
