JSON files for magnitude images #102

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Since version 1.5 of the BIDS standard, magnitude images should have an associated .json file (link). I have come across this issue since a software package was expecting these files to exist, and not only the one associated with the phasediff.

Describe the solution you'd like bidskit to export .json files associated with each magnitude image, containing the corresponding Echo Time field.
