I have three reverse blip data files: _PA--e1.nii, _PA--e2.nii, and _PA--e3.nii in the working directory. In the protocol, I set the type to "fmap" and the description to "dir_PA_epi". However, only the first echo file _PA--e1.nii is being converted to the "fmap" folder. Is this the default behavior? I expected it to either generate all three files or to use the second echo instead. I have used the --multiecho option, and the multi-echo functional data are being converted correctly as usual. Could you please help? Thanks a lot.
