I'll start working on this one before Debug versions, since it's kind of boring 
to always fix problems 1% of users have. Also, I've been fixing build chain for 
quite some time. Need to add something new before working on fix issue.

Let's try to create it all with buttons. When group button is clicked, we can 
simply click the first group item button.

Can't build CEIE under Debian6: some problem with wxWidgets.
Construct a build of CELE then only.

Only needs system wx. And pretty recent GLIBC, since I took libpng from Arch.

Retry CEED. Kulik said it 'mostly' works for CEGUI 0.7. My memory is that it 
didn't work for us. Retry to add proofs to ImperfectWorld wiki.

I need to have an array each element of which corresponds to text ID to 
display. For Rules and Solitaire, and other pairs it must be the same.

INFO_RULES_{MAHJONG_SOLITAIRE,SHISEN_SHO}_TXT's.

Moved all text around that we had.
Left:
1) make button links clickable;
2) translate home link button;
3) fix scrolled StaticText issue;
4) correct and add text to topics.
