Publish on PyPi #23

It would be nice to have RadiAIDD published on PyPi, along with providing some example data somewhere (e.g., RODARE), so that users can download and run Radiaidd by simply calling

pip install radiaidd
radiaidd

This would also make it easier to keep Radiaidd up to date.
