Setup does not offer to save when only changing the list of folders to include/exclude #183

When using the setup program, if you only add folders to an account, the main menu will not show the save prompt and if you quit your changes will be lost. I had to flip the include/exclude setting to get it into a state that would save.

Thank you @elias-fox for pointing this out. I've published a fix in version 14.2.0
